At Cream Co., we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all skin-safe products. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in gently used or unopened condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
